At Israh Handicrafts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or size are natural and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact Us page or by email. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
